Don began his investment career in 1983 with EF Hutton serving both retail and institutional clients. He joined TD Waterhouse (now TD Ameritrade) in 1998, as Vice President of Institutional Development and served as a member of TD’s Institutional Executive Committee.

Responsible for product development, he designed and implemented the firm’s first Separate Account program (SMA) and AdvisorDirect, TD Ameritrade’s highly successful advisor referral program, which has resulted in billions of dollars under management for the firm.
